Bookkeeping and Payroll Services

The following price list is a guideline only and is here to give you a reasonable idea of the costs to expect when using us for bookkeeping and payroll. All fees agreed upfront.

Bookkeeping

Monthly and Weekly Bookkeeping – From £30 to £150

Your volume may require a more frequent amount of work than the obligatory quarterly visit to do your VAT return. With this service there is no extra charge for the VAT return.

Quarterly VAT Return Preparation – From £50 to £150

It is very rare that the quarterly preparation of VAT returns reaches the £150 mark. If however it did, we would recommend going on to monthly bookkeeping due to the high level of transactions in your business.

Hourly Fee – £12 to £15 per hour

This is for if you would prefer not to be under a fixed fee. Charged per 1/2 hour, minimum 2 hour charge applies.

Bringing Records to Trial Balance – From £75 to £300

We can do more than just looking after your records. If you would like us to take them to trial balance (excluding company tax calculations) so that your account has less work to do, this is not a problem.

Ad-Hoc Work – Please Contact Us

Where work is more ‘on the go’ rather than weekly or monthly.

Payroll

2 Person Director Only – £120 for 2010/11

For small director only payrolls that are there to use up your personal allowance. This includes year-end filing.

Standard Payrolls – From £10 per process

Payroll calculated as higher of £10 or the following:
First 5 payslips – £3 each
Next 10 payslips – £2.50 each
Further payslips – £1.50 each
Dependant on staff turnover, further charges may be applicable.

Online Year End Filing – From £25

Bespoke Sage Reports

Customisation of an Existing Report or Layout – From £25

This includes items such as adding the company logo and formatting fonts.

New Reports or Layouts – £20 per hour

A minimum charge of £50 per report/layout applies.
Discounts may be available based on who keeps the report or layout design rights.
